Make whatsapp by international number

Use whatsapp without own no.

∆  First download voxox app from here

∆  after download sign up by using your own number.

∆  Open app and click on "more" tab.There you will get your

     voxox number in international.

∆  Now Open Whatsapp and Goto->Settings->Account->Change number.  Or make new account in whatsapp by +1  (united state)

∆  Enter voxox number as new phone number.

∆  Now wait 1-2 min and you will get whatsapp verification code in voxox app.

∆ Enter the otp and get for chatting. 

 
Congratulations, now u have international no. In your whatsapp.
